At Melrose Haven, each item is handmade with care, and we hope you love your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with any original packaging or tags intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
